What is Ayers CCI?
At Ayers CCI, or Ayers College of Commerce and Industry, we seek to promote a broad understanding of business and
related institutions in the US and the world. Our residents explore the realities of the business world, and cultivate leaders
using interdisciplinary approaches to entrepreneurship, leadership, and professional development. While there are many
business and economics-themed opportunities, students of many different majors and passions call Ayers home.

Ayers is a Residential College.
There are two main housing models at Northwestern: residence halls and residential colleges. The primary difference
between them is the degree of faculty involvement. Residence halls have all of the programs and support a student needs
for a meaningful residential experience. Residential colleges offer more opportunities for faculty engagement and
programming as well as continuity of community that comes with a culture of returning residents and longstanding
faculty affiliations.
