As a member of Ayers, you receive points each quarter based on the events you participate in! Each quarter, residents and non-residents must obtain 30 points and participate in a philanthropy event. These points are required to continue to live in Ayers the following year. Points are awarded on the following basis as stated by the Ayers Constitution:
2 points: Attending ResBoard, fellows lunch, or social event
2 points: Attending Munchies (Monday nights)
3 points: Small philanthropy event or playing in an IM game
5 points: Attending a fireside
4-8 points: Being on a committee (Distribution of points is decided by committee chair)
10 points: Hosting a fireside, doing a marathon philanthropy event (Dance Marathon, Relay for Life), or attending Business Symposium
Going to Ayers events is a great way to meet friends in the dorm, hear from faculty, learn new things, eat food, and have fun!
